CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Participant Cancellations

All bookings are considered final. Refunds may be granted only according to the following conditions:

  • More than 45 days before the event start date: 50% refund

  • 30 to 45 days before the event start date: 25% refund

  • Less than 30 days before the event start date: no refund

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.

Event Cancellation by Who Says Padel

If an event is canceled by Who Says Padel (including due to not reaching the minimum number of participants), participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer the booking to another event or date.

Changes by Participant

Bookings are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by Who Says Padel.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, Who Says Padel reserves the right to offer rescheduling or credit instead of refunds, depending on the circumstances.
