TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organizer

Who Says Padel operates as an event organizer and experience curator, providing padel training camps and lifestyle experiences in collaboration with independent clubs, coaches, and local partners. Who Says Padel is not a travel agency and does not provide flights, travel insurance, or personal transportation unless explicitly stated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Participation in any Who Says Padel experience is conditional upon acceptance of these terms.

3. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the event. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received. Prices are shown in euros (€) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to payment processing fees.

4. Event Conditions and Minimum Participants

All events are subject to a minimum number of participants.
Who Says Padel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event if this minimum is not reached. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another event or date.

Who Says Padel shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by participants related to travel, accommodation, or other services booked independently, even in the event of event cancellation.

5. Program Changes

Who Says Padel reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, training sessions, coaching staff, or program content due to operational, safety, weather, or logistical reasons. Any changes will aim to maintain the quality and integrity of the experience.

6. Health and Fitness Responsibility

Participants confirm they are in suitable physical condition to take part in padel and related activities. Any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies must be disclosed prior to the event. Who Says Padel reserves the right to deny participation if a participant is deemed medically unfit or poses a risk to themselves or others.

7. Insurance

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining adequate travel, health, and accident insurance covering their participation in the event, including sports activities and international travel.

8. Liability and Risk Acknowledgement

Participation in padel and physical training involves inherent risks. By attending, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.
Who Says Padel shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during travel to/from the event or during participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, coaches, partners, and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or serious misconduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

10. Media and Image Rights

By attending the event, participants grant Who Says Padel the right to capture and use photographs, videos, and other media for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes, unless written objection is provided prior to the event.

11. Privacy

Personal data collected will be used exclusively for event management, communication, and administrative purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Force Majeure

Who Says Padel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, strikes, or venue closures.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
